Kent County Council will be resurfacing the B2017/A228 Badsell Road Roundabout and the works are programmed to start on Tuesday 15th to 17th September 2020 and should take 3 nights (excluding weekends) to complete. These activities will be undertaken between the hours of 20:00 and 05:00 each day.
During these essential works it will be necessary to close the road completely so that KCC can carry out the works safely for both the workforce and road users. The diversion route will be via:
A228 Pembury Northern Bypass, A21 Pembury Bypass (Hastings Road), A2014 Vauxhall Lane, A26 Woodgate Way, Cannon Lane and Tonbridge Road, A228 Seven Mile Lane, Branbridge Road and Whetsted Road and Vice-Versa
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and uncertainty there is a risk these works could be cancelled at any time.
